^{Clients vision was to consolidate the various operations departments around the Phoenix Metropolitan area to one central location in a Class A office environment. The design concept explores the creation of a unified open office environment without compromising on individual departments identity.  Huddle spaces, cafes, conference rooms and individual work spaces are interspersed throughout the interior with a mini-library and gymnasium. With the use of extensive dalylight, color, glass, creative ceiling forms and textures, a warm and creative 21st century work environment has been designed for the 2500 employees that will operate out of this 24 x 7 facility.}
